Texas FAST Programs

The Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program provides funding to organizations to execute state/regional programs that increase the number of SBIR/STTR proposals leading to an increase in the number of SBIR/STTR awards from women, socially/economically disadvantaged individuals, and small businesses in underrepresented areas - typically rural states.

The Texas SBIR/STTR Assistance Pathways Program (Pathways) is a self-paced, streamlined, and cumulative process for Texas SBDC Technology Commercialization Center (TCC) clients pursuing an SBIR/STTR to access no-cost or discounted proposal development assistance from SBIR/STTR expert advisors and consultants. The Program is designed to guide clients through proposal development stages and position them to write a high-quality proposal.

The IDB is a nine-week virtual course designed to spark and develop science and technology innovations towards the next stage of development. The program format uses the dynamic and internationally proven wendykennedy.com inc. (WKI) methodology “So what? who cares? why you?®️,” which guides innovators to explore and find the best path forward to turn ideas into business successes.

Additional TCC Programs
